Arab Bank opens new branch in Qatar specialised in Islamic banking services |

AMMAN (JT) - Arab BankArab Bank
opened Tuesday in Doha, Qatar a new branch specialised in Islamic banking services. The opening of the new branch comes within Arab BankArab Bank
's strategy to expand in Arab and international markets. Saeed Abu Gharbiyeh, regional director of Arab BankArab Bank
branches in Qatar, said the opening of the new branch exemplifies Arab BankArab Bank
's vision to expand its banking operations and keep up with the requirements of the accelerating development in the banking sector in Qatar. Abu Gharbiyeh added that the bank's efforts to develop its Islamic products and services come in response to the increasing demand for these services, especially since the Qatari market has witnessed unprecedented quality developments in Islamic banking services over the past few years. Abu Gharbiyeh indicated that the new branch features advanced technological, banking and security systems, besides offering all banking services such as account opening, murabaha, current accounts, savings, investment deposits and financing services.
